This policy applies to the handling of personal information on the VPNDZ marketing website and user panel. It explains what data the subscription service needs to provide account, billing, and support features, and distinguishes network access content from website analytics. Data handled on third-party payment pages is also subject to the relevant provider's policies.
Account and Order Data
VPNDZ requires no email address: an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required for registration. Account credentials are used for authentication and access management. Do not send passwords or login credentials in support tickets.
To provide subscriptions, verify payments, and process refunds, this service handles account-linked plan selections, order status, transaction amounts, payment results, and necessary transaction identifiers. Plan status and data usage are used to apply billing rules; they are not browsing records. Ticket contents submitted by users are used only to address the relevant issue. Please conceal personal information that is not relevant when providing details.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNDZ does not log which websites users access through international routes, nor does it store access content, browsing history, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct individual activity. This service does not set a retention period for such connection logs because it does not keep them as persistent records.
Account status, order records, and usage data needed for billing are service-management data and do not include lists of destination websites. Troubleshooting may use operational status that is not linked to personal browsing history. If user-provided error details are needed, their purpose will be explained in a support ticket. Users do not need to submit their full browsing history to demonstrate a connection issue.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help identify referral sources, page views, and entry-point clicks, making it easier to check that navigation, content, and panel links work as expected. Analytics cover activity on the VPNDZ website and are not used to collect histories of websites users access through network routes. Analytics should be used for aggregated analysis, without including passwords, subscription credentials, or ticket contents in event data.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and necessary page settings. Users can restrict cookies or clear site storage through their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account or order records, or automatically stop a subscription.
Third-Party Payments and Data Access
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider. VPNDZ uses the returned payment status and necessary transaction identifiers to verify orders, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Third parties may handle transaction details under their own policies. Before confirming a payment, check the service provider and privacy information shown on the payment page.
Account and order data should be accessed only by people or service processes that need it to provide the service, support users, or meet compliance responsibilities. Such data is not displayed publicly. When disclosure is legally required, the scope should be limited to the lawful request and the data actually held by this service.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while account services are provided. Order and payment verification records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support information should be deleted or de-identified once an issue has been resolved and any necessary review is complete. Website analytics retain only the data needed for analysis and are not intended to build long-term personal activity profiles.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-linked information through panel support tickets. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. If information cannot yet be deleted due to an open order, dispute handling, or a legal requirement, the reason and retention scope will be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and access to past order records. A deletion request is not a refund request.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data uses or handling practices change, VPNDZ will update this page and the last-updated month at the top. Significant changes to how information is handled will be noted on the website or in the user panel. New uses of data should be explained before they take effect; a policy update alone does not imply consent to uses beyond the original purpose.
